About Me
Gwyneth Jones, MSc
I’m a coach, facilitator, teacher, writer and connector. I live in the magical lands of North Wales, where I grew up and which finally called my back after 16 years of being away during the pandemic. Dw i’n siaradwr Cymraeg (I’m a Welsh speaker, and I also teach Welsh on the side!).
I hold spaces where people can speak honestly about the heartbreak of living in a world on fire — and where we remember our belonging to the earth, to each other, and to something deeper than business-as-usual.
As well as coaching and facilitator, I write a lot of articles, interview people on my YouTube channel and host/produce The Story Anew video interview series, where I talk to people from around the world about how we might envision a new story for humanity. Mostly this means reconnecting to ancient and indigenous worldviews, with perhaps a little bit of ‘new’.
My mission is to help reconnect people to their emotions, to each other, and to the earth, so that we can live with more authenticity, resilience, and purpose.
I’m here for you if you:
Are wondering “what now?” as you realise the severity of the climate emergency or the wider metacrisis
Are feeling overwhelmed with the weight of your emotions about the state of the world - despair, grief, frustration, rage, or numbness
Have been told you feel too much, care too deeply, or overthink things - yet you’re wondering '“how the f*ck doesn’t everyone else see and feel this??”
Feel the calling to do and be more, yet struggle with burnout and trying to do too many things at once
You wonder whether you’re an empath, neurodivergent, highly sensitive, emotionally intense, ‘gifted’ or a ‘rainforest mind’ - or, if you’re not wondering yet,
you’re wondering why you seem to connect so many dots and feel so deeply what many others don’tKnow there’s more to life than what most people seem to be chasing
Are a leader who wants to shift your organisation towards a new way of thinking that values life instead of mindless, endless growth
Through 1:1 coaching/mentoring, workshops and programs, I offer:
Emotional support and space-holding for you to express and process your fear, despair, guilt, and anger around the state of the world
Support and coaching to help with the many difficulties of existing in “Business as Usual” or running a business/NGO, including how to deal with self-doubt, confidence and burnout
Help with tapping into your authentic voice and reigniting your purpose, listening to your inner wisdom and reconnecting with who you really are and what you’re here to do
Ecopsychology, Druidry and nature connection, combined with the Work that Reconnects, for deepening your sense of interconnection with life and our beautiful planet
Practical support (or “coaching as usual”) for those who are struggling to manage their time, priorities or generally to get more organised (I am pretty good with spreadsheets and organisation..)
