Are you feeling the call to explore your Welsh ancestry… or are you just curious about the land, mythology, language and magic of Wales?

This evening is for you if you’re feeling a call to explore your Welsh roots - especially if you have been raised in a culture separated from your ancestry, your land, and your people.

It’s also for those who feel a mystical draw towards everything Cymraeg and can’t quite explain it. Perhaps you have moved to live on this land, but haven’t yet engaged with its history, traditions and stories. Perhaps it’s something else that calls you.

In this workshop, you will be led on a magical journey as we connect with grandmothers long passed, hearing the whispers of our ancestors and reminding us of our place in the vast web of life. Perhaps they will offer us some wisdom for the precarious and challenging times we find ourselves living in.

The Spiral Way is for you if you are struggling with feelings of fear, grief, numbness or rage about what’s happening in our world. Over the course of two hours, we will move through the Spiral of the Work That Reconnects, as well as have the opportunity to discuss a little of the Work’s basic assumptions and philosophy.

I’m thrilled to be offering a live conversation, streamed on YouTube, with Carolyn Baker around how we can live fiercely and authentically in a time of ecological and political collapse. We’ll be exploring the current rise of Christofascism in the US and Carolyn’s most recent book, Undaunted: Living Fiercely into Climate Meltdown in an Authoritarian World.

This is the second part of what seems set to be a series of livestream conversations with people working with the metacrisis, climate/political/social collapse and our emotional and spiritual response to it.

In July, our theme is “Sovereignty” - The Buck Moon, also known as the hay moon or thunder moon, asks us to stand firm in our power and to reflect on the question of sovereignty.

Wholeness isn’t about staying happy, thriving, or spiritual bypassing - it’s about embracing all of our parts. Our grief. Our fear. Our sacred rage. Our ancestry, our connection to the wider web of life - everything we are.

Wholeness in a Fragmented World is a day-long immersion into The Work that Reconnects and how it can bring us back into connection with ourselves, each other, the earth and the cosmos - even when the world seems to be falling apart around us.

This workshop is tailored for coaches, therapists, and facilitators seeking to deepen their capacity to support clients navigating the complexities of the metacrisis, but is open to everyone. Through a blend of theoretical exploration, experiential learning, and community dialogue, participants will leave equipped with practical tools to foster resilience and adaptation in their practice.

In June, our theme is “Connection” - As fruit ripens, we are reminded of the joy of sharing and gathering together. This moon invites us to celebrate relationships, abundance, and life’s sweetness, and to reflect on what connection and abundance truly mean to us.

The Work that Reconnects is a powerful body of work that equips us with tools and resources to help us process the weight of our grief for everything that’s happening in the world, from the climate crisis to wars and injustice. By honouring and holding space for our  despair, we are able to reconnect with our inner wisdom, courage, and sense of belonging, realigning us with ‘what is ours to do’.
