Weathering Heights: Creative Writing on the Climate Crisis
An exploration of how we can channel our creative writing towards writing on the climate crisis. Using the spiral of the Work that Reconnects as our guide, we will go through a series of writing exercises that take us on a journey through various ways in which we might respond to the times we are in - from connecting to the web of life to honouring our pain, to seeing things from different perspectives and imagining different futures.
10,000 Grandmothers - an Ancestral Exploration
In this workshop, you will be led on a magical journey as we connect with grandmothers long passed, hearing the whispers of our ancestors and reminding us of our place in the vast web of life. Perhaps they will offer us some wisdom for the precarious and challenging times we find ourselves living in.

Active Hope One-Day Workshop (Mid Wales)
During this one day workshop I will guide you through the “spiral”, which helps us to face the challenges of the world with new eyes and a sense of rootedness, belonging and energy. The spiral begins with gratitude - what are we grateful for having witnessed and experienced in this world? Then, we honour our pain for the world. All too often we bury and ignore our pain, numbing ourselves because the cost of feeling it is too high.
Wintering: Gathering our Resources - Storytelling, Nourishment and Connection
Join us at the fireside for nourishment, stories and connection. As we head into the darkness of Winter once again, we seek the wisdom of our ancestors, and the living world around us, knowing Autumn as a time to gather around the fire, to tend the flames, and to prepare for the months to come. In a world fixated on the light, on the fast and bright and positive, many of us fear the cold and the dark. How can we “winter” in a way that is enriching and connects us more deeply to our land, to the cycles of the seasons, and to ourselves?
Let us gather in community to practice these sacred connections to seasons, and to the wisdom held in the lives that have come before.
8-Week Programme: What Now? Resilience and Rootedness for Chaotic Times
What Now? follows the spiral of Joanna Macy’s Work that Reconnects, a powerful body of work that helps activists and concerned citizens alike to move through the overwhelming barrage of emotions they feel around the global predicament and to reawaken their inner resilience, wisdom, and sense of interconnection with all of life.
Over eight weeks, you will join a group of like-minded souls who are wondering how to navigate just what it means to be a human alive in these times.
Ten Thousand Grandmothers: An Ancestral Exploration

Responding to the call (Bristol)
Rekindling Community and reawakening wisdom for times of upheaval
As we look out into the world, it can sometimes feel as if we are living in completely different place from where we started - the climate emergency, political upheaval, economic instability, and potential collapse of all the systems we have taken for granted until now. How can we orient ourselves and make sense of such a world? What do these times ask of us?

Homecoming: A Journey of Reconnection through Storytelling, Deep Ecology and Creative Exploration
Join us for an exploration through what it means to find “home”, to come home to ourselves, and to discover a sense of rootedness and connection to a physical landscape. For 6 weeks, we will go on a journey together through storytelling, deep ecology, poetry, reconnection practices, creativity, embodiment, and visualisation. A journey of remembering and rediscovery, of reconnection to ourselves and to place.
Midwinter Retreat: An Elemental Journey into Midwinter Dreaming
A journey through the elements and the spiral of the Work That Reconnects looking at the year that has been and who we wish to be next. With COVID the world has paused, but have we dreamed ourselves anew? Midwinter is the best time to do that; to do the personal and collective work of dreaming new stories, of finding a new ambition to grow into.
In this afternoon workshop, we will follow a spiral to connect and interweave deeply personal and wider global perspectives, dreams and stories. We are not here to teach: we all arrive as doubtful experts and wise dreamers. Let's plant and nurture the seeds of our collective wisdom and take care of the fragile shoots so that they can germinate and grow.

Samhain Workshop - a Work that Reconnects spiral
Join us in gratitude to look at what we have harvested over the year, and to ask the hard question - how will we prepare for the winter (literally and metaphorically)? How can we feel balanced when everything feels so out of sync?
8-Week Programme: What Now? Realignment, resilience and radical love in the age of climate collapse
After realising just how bad things are in terms of the climate crisis, you find yourself anxious, terrified, wondering what on earth you’re going to do. Or you feel despondent, hopeless, wondering why you should even bother getting out of bed. You might be furious, brimming over with anger, wanting to shake people and scream “wake up!!”. Or you’re numb, strangely calm, but unsure of how you’re going to figure out your life in light of the knowledge that society as we know it may be on the verge of collapse. This course is a deep dive into realignment, resilience, and radical love for those left wondering “what now??” as they stare into an unknown future

Answering The Call: What's Mine To Do As The World Burns?
You know you were meant for more than this. We all were.
Here’s a workshop for those who feel the calling to get involved and be part of healing our world, ‘fixing’ climate change, healing trauma, or doing whatever they can to make this world a better place… but who are caught up in guilt, self-doubt, fear, and self-criticism.
Join us on the 7th of September, 18-21 CET (12-3pm EST) for a powerful workshop to connect you to your purpose, passion, self-belief and inner fire. Tickets are £65 ($80 USD) and limited to 20 spaces.
You see the problems happening in the world. Your gut is screaming at you to do something, anything. But you feel afraid, unsure, full of doubt and fear.
You ask yourself - "who am I to do something?"
Let me ask you this instead... just who are you NOT to do something?
Humanity is suffering. We are destroying our only home. If the latest IPCC report is anything to go by, we only have a few years (or months) to avert a massive planetary catastrophe. Who are you to turn away from the pain? To hide in your comfort zone?
You have the medicine the world needs. We all do. And we are all needed.
Nobody else in the entire universe has the exact mixture of talents, experiences, knowledge and strengths that make up you. Are you going to continue to use perfectionism, fear and comfort as excuses?
Stepping into your power, processing your grief for the pain of the world, healing ancestral trauma and learning what you can do for the healing of our world - that is not easy, comfortable work.
You will face criticism. You will fall and make mistakes. You will try things that don't work. You might alienate some of the people you thought were closest to you. But this is the only work that truly matters now.
You were born for these times. We all were.
If this resonates - come and join me + Shayontoni on the 19th of July for a workshop that will help you break through the barriers of self-doubt and fear and connect with the voice inside you that knows what you need to do.
We’ll be connecting through some activities from The Work that Reconnects, a powerful practice that helps us reconnect with our inner wisdom, honour our pain for the world, remember who we really are and come back to life.
I have met so many amazing, passionate, brilliant humans through my coaching - each of them desperate to help heal the world, yearning for community and support, yet riddled with doubts. I am creating this workshop to say f*ck that. Are we really going to let the mediocre guys with the over-inflated egos run the show?
Oh, and, there will be magic. Something is brewing, and I know you don’t want to spend any more time hiding your light and pretending you’re OK with the messed-up state of the world. Are you in?
