Clarity and Intuition
You feel that something inside you is calling you to do more, to be more, yet you can’t quite figure out what that is or how to bring it into the world.
What’s more, traditional coaching and therapy have let you down. The pain you feel for the suffering in the world? The burning rage at systemic injustice? That was dismissed, pathologised, treated as a problem to solve. You left feeling deflated, “too much”, but the gnawing inside you didn’t go away. What if that was your gut telling you that you’re here to do something?
I help those who see the patterns and join the dots, who’ve been told they’re “too sensitive” or that they “overthink”, to find clarity and insight on what their intuition is telling them. Together, we will work with those heavy emotions, inviting them in instead of pushing them away. For the last five years I have worked with eco-anxiety and climate grief through a number of modalities, including the Work That Reconnects, mindfulness, visualisation, and grief circles.
I also use “traditional” coaching tools, as well as strategy and project management tools, to work out what your next steps are and how to get there. Sometimes this is just a case of accountability, having someone to throw ideas around with, and sometimes it involves deep belief-shifting work to overcome impostor syndrome and connect with your inner confidence.
My coaching blends the scientific (Psychology, nervous system work) and pragmatic with magic and soul work, although my approach is tailored to my clients’ individual needs.
My coaching prices are offered on a sliding scale (meaning you pay what you can/want to):
A one-off session (60-90 minutes) = £70-120
Three-month package (includes 6 60-90 minute sessions and ongoing email support) = £399 - 698
Six-month package (includes 12 60-90 minute sessions and ongoing email support) = £790-1299
I am happy to discuss doing pro bono work with you depending on your circumstances. On the other side of the coin, I ask you to consider giving what you are able to afford, so that I am able to devote more time to helping those who cannot usually afford coaching.

Nature Connection
Many of us suffer from “Nature Deficit Disorder” and don’t even know it - I learnt the hard way that everything around me suffers when I fall out of connection with the natural world.
The ways that I integrate nature into my work are:
Offering coaching in natural settings (if we’re having an online session, we can be separate walking in nature!)
Organising nature connection walks and retreats
Helping you with your feelings of climate-related anxiety or grief - either as part of coaching or in group settings

Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
EQ is being smart about your feelings - understanding what you’re feeling, what others are feeling, and being able to harness those feelings for good.
People who live aligned to themselves, who have high EQ and listen to their intuition, are happier, have deep and authentic relationships, and live with purpose.
As a trained EQ Assessor and Coach with Six Seconds, I can use the SEI (Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence assessment) to show you where you’re strongest and weakest in terms of Emotional Intelligence. This can inform our coaching, or we can focus on it exclusively if you feel that you are out of touch with yourself.
Understanding your Emotional Intelligence is a great path to connecting with yourself and others, and can transform relationships, including those within organisations and communities.
How can we work together?
One-on-One Coaching
I coach in Prague, Czech Republic, or over Skype/Zoom. Our first session will include a full briefing to understand exactly what you need - whether you have a specific goal or idea, or you just feel lost. We can use Emotional Intelligence assessments, exercises from Positive Psychology, mindfulness and Ecopsychology exercises - or even go for a walk.
Come to an Event
I host workshops on a variety of topics, such as Emotional Intelligence, Connecting to your Intuition, Connecting to Nature, and Active Hope. At the moment, the majority of these are in Prague, but keep an eye out for upcoming workshops in other areas. Events are a great way to meet other like-minded people, and a more affordable way to work with me.
Arrange or Join a Retreat
Along with other coaches, yoga teachers, healers and other wonderful people, I will be holding space, teaching workshops, and offering coaching in some beautiful locations in the coming months - a chance to reconnect to nature, humanity and yourself. What exactly is coaching?
It’s always hard to give a comprehensive answer - your coach is that helpful voice you always wanted to have on your shoulder who cheers you on but calls you out, who asks you the ‘right’ questions and motivates you but keeps you accountable, who helps you to figure out what’s holding you back from succeeding and supports you to get where you want to be. But when I think about myself as a coach, I would go further - I am someone who will sit with you, fully hear you and step into your world to help you be the best version of yourself.
What happens in a typical session with you?
We talk. Maybe in a nice indoor setting, maybe while walking outside. I listen to you and try to help you figure your way out of the confusion. I ask questions that help you gain clarity. We might do some exercises that involve breathing, writing, drawing, or acting - it all depends on what you need.
I never tell you what to do or give advice - coaching works on the belief that everybody has the deepest insight into their own lives, and an inner wisdom that sometimes just needs permission to speak. On the other hand, if I know some great resources that might help you, I won’t keep them a secret from you! Each session ends with clear action steps for you to take before the next session, even if they’re just tiny things - because talking is all well and good, but people hire coaches because they want to feel change in their lives.
