Making Sense of Climate Anxiety (with Britt Wray)

The terms "climate anxiety" and "climate grief" are being used more and more recently, with some studies showing that they represent some of the biggest sources of anxiety and distress for young people. Britt Wray, PhD is a science writer and broadcaster researching the intersection between the climate crisis and mental health.

Join us as we discuss the importance of sense-making, storytelling and finding meaning in the anthropocene, how we might deal with 'climate anxiety' and the impacts of uncertainty on our mental health. The Webinar Series "WTF is Going On? Finding Meaning in Our Chaotic World" is an attempt to navigate the confusion, to make sense out of the madness, and to find meaning in what seems like chaos.
