Full Moon Circle : Sovereignty (Buck Moon)

Join Banduri (Gwyneth and Shayontoni) under the light of the full moon to delve deeper into inter-connection, intuition and community care. This is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect in a world that feels upside-down.

Do you feel like your soul is calling out for something deeper? Community, magic and connection are vital medicine for these times.

Some of the topics we may explore will be: deepening our connection to ourselves and the world, ancestral work, somatic embodiment, holding space for grief, ancient mysteries and mythology, and the rich realms of the imaginal… but we trust that some themes will emerge as we go.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • A welcoming, brave space for sharing and deep listening.

  • Guided meditations and rituals to align with the moon’s energy.

  • Dreamwork, journaling, and practices to connect with your soul.

  • A little bit of magic!

We will meet every month on (or near) the Full Moon, focusing on a slightly different theme every time.

In July, our theme is “Sovereignty” - The Buck Moon, also known as the hay moon or thunder moon, asks us to stand firm in our power and to reflect on the question of sovereignty.

🔹 Where in your life do you need to reclaim power?
🔹 How can we cultivate more strength, empowerment and resilience?

Our Circles are offered on a sliding scale of £25 - 50 per month, or £120-300 if you pay for six months in advance. In between sessions, we will provide resources, materials and writing/connection prompts.

If you feel called to join this offering, please click here to sign up. I will send you a payment link afterwards.

Banduri is a collaborative project; a practice space; an offering for a beloved world; a shout into the void. Co-created by Gwyneth Jones and Shayontoni Rhea Ghosh.

Gwyneth Jones is a facilitator and coach navigating the place where Deep Adaptation, climate change, psychology and earth-based spirituality meet. She has recently returned to her homeland of North Wales after heeding the call of the land. Gwyneth teaches, writes, and works in climate communications.

Shayontoni Rhea Ghosh is a multi-disciplinary artiste and a facilitator of healing space. She lives and works in Hyderabad, India; and is inspired by water, light, clouds and dogs. She approaches gnosis as a dedicated and earnest student, and is driven by the wish to build an accessible infrastructure for community care.

We are inspired by the Work that Reconnects, earth-based spirituality, decolonisation work, and many other avenues of experiential exploration and meaning-making. All of our offerings are offered on a sliding scale. Feel free to ask us for discounted or scholarship spaces. We aim to hold space for anybody, irrespective of their financial contribution to the space. Additionally, feel free to pay us above and beyond our asking rates, as your generosity allows us to pay it forwards.

Shayontoni and Gwyneth met on the Spiral Journey - a Facilitator Development Program for the Work That Reconnects, where they were both learning to facilitate spaces for people to process their grief and rage for our world. After a happy year of co-facilitating, they found out that they share a birthday. Despite having never met in person, the two have developed a strong bond and have been honoured to hold space for several beautiful groups of humans from across the globe.
