Herbalism for Resilient Self-Care in Meta-Crisis Workshop

How do we stay rooted, resourced, and open-hearted in a world in crisis?

Join us for a potent mix of ceremony, community and practical knowledge of herbs and plants that can help nourish and resource you, even during difficult times.

In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore how to care for ourselves — not as a luxury, but as a radical act of resilience. Through guided practices, rituals, and grounded knowledge, you will leave feeling empowered to take control of your health, even when healthcare systems are crumbling around us.

What to expect:
🌿 An introduction to self-care herbs that support emotional and nervous system resilience
🌿 Some practices from the Work that Reconnects to help us connect with the wider web of life
🌿 A tea ceremony to honour what we’re holding and open space for healing
🌿 Reflection, sharing, and simple practices to resource yourself for the long haul
🌿 A chance to draw from Marina’s herbal oracle deck and connect with the messages of the plants

This is a space for those feeling overwhelmed, weary, or longing to reconnect — with themselves, with community, and with the Earth. You don’t need any prior experience with herbalism.

Together, let’s slow down, listen to the land, and remember the deep well of support available to us — within and all around.

Ticket price: $47 USD / £34.67 UK

EARLY BIRD PRICE - UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30TH - $29 USD / £21.39 UK
