Deep Adaptation Framework: Explore the principles of Deep Adaptation, a model that emphasises resilience, relinquishment, restoration, and reconciliation in the face of societal and environmental challenges.
From “Bigger-than-self distress” to "more-than-me enlivenment” - we will journey together from understanding how and why the metacrisis causes so much emotional and mental distress, to what we can do to connect in a more nourishing way to the wider community and web of life
This workshop is tailored for coaches, therapists, and facilitators seeking to deepen their capacity to support clients navigating the complexities of the metacrisis, but is open to everyone. Through a blend of theoretical exploration, experiential learning, and community dialogue, participants will leave equipped with practical tools to foster resilience and adaptation in their practice.
