MORE INFO:

Connect with deep meaning and purpose to support the navigation of personal, social and environmental change, and begin to feel more empowered to create a more harmonious world for you and for all life.

Learn and develop various practices and exercises that can help you to deepen your awareness of yourself and of your interdependence and inter-being with all life. These will include meditation, conscious communication, breathing, movement, creativity and ritual.

We offer a space to explore and express your experience of the world and the ways you feel it could be a better place for all life to thrive.
A time to remember the many ways you can contribute to a more integrated human presence on the planet, through an opening to, and accepting of, your true potential and influence.

Whether you are new to "The Work That Reconnects" or have some experience with it, this workshop will provide you with a safe and supportive space to explore powerful practices and connect with others who are on a similar path.

Together we will discover how this work can help cultivate resilience, compassion, and a deeper sense of belonging to the web of life.

You’ll need:
Water
A journal
A comfortable seat for meditation

Tea and seasonal snacks provided

Hosted by Work That Reconnects Facilitators
