In the face of immense shifts and challenges, the Work that Reconnects offers us strength and support.

Initially conceived as a powerful means of support for peace activists, the Work That Reconnects (WTR) offers a toolkit of theory, practices, and rituals to bring us into greater awareness of our interconnection with all of life, and these days is popular among environmental activists - providing them with tools for inner resourcing in order to avoid burnout.

Through this immersive workshop, we invite you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, humanity, and sense of belonging. We'll engage in role-play, guided meditations, movement, and free writing, designed to reconnect you with your innate resilience.

Inner Resourcing is an opportunity for those of us who may be struggling with feelings of fear, grief, numbness or rage about what’s happening in our world; as well as an introduction to the philosophy and methodology of the Work That Reconnects.

The facilitators give thanks to the beloved Root Teacher of WTR - Joanna Macy.

The workshop will last 2.5 hours with a small break, and is offered on a sliding scale of 25-40 GBP. Should you like to attend and this price is a barrier for you, please email me at connect@gwynethjones.coach and let me know.
