This 8-week journey through neuroscience, emotional intelligence, psychology, mindfulness, spirituality, and a little bit of Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects uses a powerful combination of science and spirituality to help shift your mindset and bring your head and heart into deep alignment.

Who am I and why should you listen to me?

If you don’t already know me - I’m Gwyneth Jones. I’m a qualified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Assessor, MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, and facilitator of the Work That Reconnects.

I also work with peacebuilders and activists - some of the most resilient people out there - to help them deal with the heart-breaking emotions that their work, and the state of the world, can evoke.

Like everyone, I am a work in progress - but I can tell you that the more I studied personal development in order to become a ‘good coach’, the more it transformed my relationship with myself and with the world.

I don’t push any tools, methods or exercises that I haven’t used myself and found to be massively transformational. Then again, I believe that wisdom lives within you - so, while I can offer you the culmination of over 10 years of research, personal growth and adventure, I say don’t listen to me. Listen to yourself - you know what feels right.

Neuroscience & EQ to Understand Yourself

I’m not a fan of throwing pseudo-science at people and blindly accepting any woo-woo that comes my way - so you can expect plenty of scientific explanations as well as spirituality along the way. The first part of the course gives you a strong grounding in Emotional Intelligence, with practical exercises to help you better understand the way you react to situations.

Feeling grounded, resilient, and ready to take on whatever comes your way requires you to trust yourself, to understand who you are, and to develop love and compassion for yourself.
